SUDS Project

Whilst our SUDs (Sustainable drainage systems) project with Northumbria Water has come to an end this year, we have continued to manage and maintain our new green areas around school. This exciting project (free to our school) enabled the children to learn how to use water more sensibly to benefit wildlife. Teachers chose Eco Champions to help plan works to the whole landscape and our job for next year is to maintain the green spaces that we have created.

The long term hope is that we will have interesting habitats and green spaces for the children to investigate.  Please contact Miss Cable for further information.
