World Book Day 2021

This year we are going to celebrate World Book Day a little bit later than usual. We are still going to have lots of fun celebrating our love of different books and reading. In particular, every year group will be focusing on a beautiful fiction book called The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse by Charlie Mackesy. This book explores kindness and reminds us of the need for compassion. We will upload some of our amazing work below!
As well, to celebrate World Book Day this year, we will be releasing a daily video from Collingwood's version of 'The Masked Reader'. In each video, there will be a different member of staff reading one of their favourite stories. However there is a big problem; their voice and face have been hidden! It is up to you to workout who each reader is. You can use the clues at the end of the video to help. Good luck!
